Li Auto posts RMB 25.7 billion in Q2 revenue, records RMB 1.7 billion net loss

Li Auto reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2026, posting total revenue of RMB 25.7 billion and automotive sales revenue of RMB 24.1 billion. The company delivered 98,330 vehicles during the quarter, down 11.5% from a year earlier. Automotive sales fell 16.7% year over year, while total revenue declined 15.1%, though both figures increased from the prior quarter. Li Auto said its vehicle margin came in at 9.4%, with gross profit at RMB 2.8 billion and overall gross margin at 11.0%. It also reported an operating loss of RMB 2.3 billion, a net loss of RMB 1.7 billion, and a non-GAAP net loss of RMB 1.5 billion. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 495 retail stores in 160 cities, 536 service centers and authorized body and paint shops in 220 cities, and 4,097 super charging stations with 22,593 charging stalls. During the quarter, Li Auto repurchased about 41.23 million Class A ordinary shares and 9.49 million ADSs.
